Today was the highly anticipated launched of the V&A Market on the Wharf. The market took over the old Musica Warehouse premises. Unfortunately things didn’t go as planned and it had to close.

The Market on the Wharf is primarily a food market,boasting a wide selection of with local producers, catering for Halaal, Kosher and Vegan diets, to name a few! Cheese, coffee, clothing, Cape Malay, Indonesian and Danish specialties are just some of the store that wait for you!
SA Master Chef Runner-up, Sue-Ann Allen, is also involved with the market, offering cooking classes and demo’s. There is a special demo kitchen – so be sure to check the website for demo dates and times.
The market is said to run from Wednesday – Sunday from 9:30 – 19:30.
A market that show-cases the best of local produce, at the best venue in Cape Town! What more could you ask for!
